SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text-message program operated by Insight Homebuyers (“Insight Homebuyers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from Insight Homebuyers, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. SMS Program Description

Insight Homebuyers may send text messages regarding:

  • Requests for information about selling a property

  • Cash-offer inquiries and updates

  • Appointment scheduling and reminders

  • Follow-up communications about a property

  • Transaction-related updates

  • Customer-service communications

  • Promotional or marketing communications related to our home-buying services

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may opt in to receive text messages by submitting your telephone number through an online form and affirmatively selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox, or through another consent method disclosed at the time of enrollment.

By opting in, you authorize Insight Homebuyers to send recurring text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Consent applies only to Insight Homebuyers and is not transferable to another business.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Insight Homebuyers and the status of your inquiry or transaction.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent and received. Insight Homebuyers is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Insight Homebuyers.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from the applicable messaging program unless you provide your consent again.

Insight Homebuyers may recognize other customary opt-out requests, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. For the most reliable processing, reply STOP.

Opting out of text messages does not prevent Insight Homebuyers from contacting you through other methods when permitted by law.

Participating wireless carriers may vary. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission provided by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers that help us deliver text messages and operate our business, but only as necessary to provide those services. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Telephone Number Changes

If you change, deactivate, or transfer your telephone number, you agree to opt out before discontinuing use of the number. You may be responsible for requests or messages received by a person who later obtains that number if you fail to notify us of the change.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to participate in the SMS program.

11. Changes to the SMS Program or These Terms

12. No Guarantee of Delivery

Text-message delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including wireless-network availability, carrier filtering, device compatibility, and transmission interruptions. Insight Homebuyers does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.

13. Governing Law

These SMS Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which Insight Homebuyers is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
